Use the evidence. Keep your judgment.
These commercial beta terms set the boundaries for using Say It. Check It. They are not a substitute for an attorney-reviewed commercial agreement.
The service
Say It. Check It. uses automated transcription, note organization, claim identification, web research, and source links to help you remember and investigate statements in conversations and media. It is a note and evidence assistant, not an authority and not a guarantee of truth.
Your responsibility
You must have the right to submit and analyze every recording, clip, live stream, URL, and statement you provide. You must follow the media platform's terms and obtain all legally required permissions before recording or transmitting anyone's voice. You may not use the service for covert surveillance, stalking, harassment, impersonation, unlawful interception, access-control evasion, or to violate another person's privacy or intellectual-property rights.
Device capture limits
The Android and desktop companions process only audio made available by the operating system or playing media element. Android requires a capture confirmation for each native session, and a source application or protected player may prohibit playback capture. Do not attempt to bypass those controls. Use server-direct listening or a consented microphone session when companion audio is unavailable.
Do not rely on it alone
Automated transcription may mishear words. Smart notes may omit context or misclassify a suggestion as a decision, so compare them with the transcript and your own notes. Search results can be incomplete, stale, biased, or taken out of context. Model conclusions can be wrong. Open the linked sources and consult a qualified professional before making medical, legal, financial, safety, employment, housing, education, or other high-impact decisions.
Accounts and access
You are responsible for activity through your account. Do not share access in a way that defeats plan limits or security controls. We may suspend abusive, automated, unlawful, or cost-evasion activity to protect users and the service.
Saved analysis and reuse
The service may save completed results in your account history and reuse completed analysis for the same supported public-media link. A cache hit can reduce delay and provider cost, but it does not make an older result current forever. Check the analysis date and sources when a claim concerns breaking news, changing law, prices, elections, medicine, or another time-sensitive subject.
Public evidence links
Creating a share link intentionally publishes the selected evidence receipt to anyone who has that link. Do not share confidential, identifying, defamatory, unlawfully obtained, or rights-infringing material. You are responsible for the text and source context you choose to publish and for removing copies you distribute elsewhere. A shared receipt is an AI-assisted research summary, not a final adjudication, and recipients should open the cited sources.
Plans and billing
Paid plans are billed in U.S. dollars each month through Stripe and renew automatically until canceled. The checkout page shows the price and any applicable tax before you confirm payment. You can update payment details or cancel through the Billing link; cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the paid period and unused allowance is not prorated or carried forward unless applicable law requires otherwise. Say It. Check It. does not charge overages automatically: when an allowance is exhausted, paid AI use pauses until the next period or a different plan is selected.
Availability and changes
Beta access may change, pause, or end. We may adjust sources, models, limits, and features to improve accuracy, safety, reliability, or cost control. Material changes will be reflected in the product or updated terms.
Ownership
You retain rights you already hold in material you submit. Say It. Check It.'s software, branding, interface, and original content remain the operator's property. Third-party sources remain subject to their publishers' terms.
Warranty and liability boundary
The beta is provided as available and may contain errors. To the extent permitted by law, the service is offered without warranties of uninterrupted operation, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose. Final commercial liability terms require legal review before paid launch.
